Gay & Lesbian Budapest
Discrimination started to decrease after 1990 and since then, gays and lesbians have been slowly emerging. There is no gay neighborhood however there is a small and quiet scene, consisting of a few bars/discos, magazines and guides, sex shops, some guy-friendly cinemas and theaters and the Turkish baths.There is a yearly Gay Pride festival (early July) which includes a march along the main streets.
